Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI)

Trailertec Polska Sp. z o.o. provides access to repair and maintenance information (RMI) for the vehicles it manufactures. This information is made available in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, amending Regulations (EC) No 715/2007 and (EC) No 595/2009 and repealing Directive 2007/46/EC, set out in Articles 61, 62 and Annex X to the Regulation.

Repairs and maintenance work on vehicles manufactured by Trailertec may be carried out only by the Trailertec factory service or by an entity holding the status of the manufacturer’s Licensed Service Partner. The full list of partners is available at https://trailertec.pl/serwis and https://trailertec.eu/service. Persons performing such work should have the appropriate qualifications and technical knowledge, as well as the complete workshop equipment necessary for the proper performance of the tasks entrusted to them.
Trailertec is not liable for work carried out using the technical information published on the website in the „Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI)” section if it was performed outside the Trailertec factory service or by an entity that does not hold the status of Licensed Service Partner.
Access to basic RMI is available to interested users and independent operators on the terms set out in the applicable legislation.
Detailed technical information about vehicles, in the cases described in Annex XIV, Article 61(3) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018, is provided solely upon submission of an official enquiry to reklamacje@trailer-tec.pl.
